OUR POLICY: perishable item(s). NO cancellation or refunds on custom orders will be accepted. Invoices are due in full to secure requested pick-up date (the date of pick-up will not be secure until payment has been received).
All orders are for LOCAL PICK-UP only. NO shipping. Delivery/Set-up is available for an additional fee and requires a minimum amount purchased.

"Edible Art" Decorating Workshop Policy:
OUR POLICY: perishable item(s): NO cancellation or refunds on any event tickets will be accepted. All classes are held in the City of Rancho Cucamonga at 1 of our 2 locations. Event address and parking instructions will be provided via email confirmation after event ticket(s) are purchased. This email will come from SWEET CHEEKS EDIBLE ART a few days before the event. You may sign-up for multiple time slots (if available), however, one cookie kit per person/per class only. Tickets are NON-transferable. THIS IS A PRIVATE EVENT: tickets can not be purchased at the door on the day of class.
AGE REQUIREMENTS: Each of our "Edible Art" decorating workshop has a minimum age suggested. Those 15 years and younger must be accompanied with a paid CHAPERONE TICKET unless other arrangements/approval has been made with SWEET CHEEKS EDIBLE ART. All who enter on site MUST have a ticket with proper ID. For safety and liability purposes, no one under the minimum age is permitted to stay on the property grounds. When booking a private WORKSHOP 1 CHAPERONE, 2 CHAPERONES max. must stay on site for ages 15 years and younger. Other guests/parents are not permitted to stay on site for liability and safety purposes.
FOOD & DRINK:
Alcoholic beverages of any kind are strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated within the "Edible Art" decorating workshop posted. For the workshops that do permit alcoholic beverages, there is a 1 to 2 drink max. We permit a 2 drink max. per person. Each drink would be approx. 4oz. to 5oz. per pour. If you wish to bring a clear plastic cup that can hold 8oz. to 10oz. per pour, it would then be a 1 drink max. per person. Some like to have custom tumblers made for our "Edible Art" decorating workshops and that's really fun to do so, the tumbler just needs to be within the ounce size allowed as stated above, clear and plastic. Lids and straws are permitted. It is the responsibility of the attendee/host to bring clear plastic cups, napkins, bottle openers, ice, etc. Alcohol allowed on site: Wine, Beer and Mimosas. Mimosas of any kind/flavor need to be pre-mixed and done so off site before the workshop begins as the designated time of each workshop is for instruction. NO HARD ALCOHOL of any kind is permitted. Wine, Beer or Mimosas are to be served within the 1st hour of the workshop. Any remaining alcohol CANNOT be served after that 1st hour. If the workshop posted is for ages 7+ and alcohol is allowed, NO minor is permitted to be seated at a table that has alcohol being served unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian with a PAID General Admission ticket or Chaperone Ticket.
All other outside drinks must be in a sealed, clear plastic container (NO GLASS). Bringing your own snack to enjoy is permitted, please note: the designated time-slot is for instruction ONLY.
 For those booking a private WORKSHOP and wish to have the designated time-slot extended for cake/present opening/etc., an additional fee will be applied and must be included at time of ticket purchase. Please notify us if you wish to extend your designated time-slot prior to ticket purchasing and we will check availability on our end. We are peanut friendly, so those with allergies please be mindful of this as some attendees enjoy snacking on mixed peanuts while they decorate.
CLASS SIZE: we require a minimum no. of attendees for our "Edible Art" decorating workshops. If we do not meet that minimum, the "Edible Art" decorating workshop being held will be canceled and a FULL REFUND will be provided minus any processing fees if applicable.

COUPON CODE: some workshops will have a coupon code. The coupon code will ONLY be applied to General Admission tickets. Remember to "Enter Promo Code" when selecting event tickets. If coupon code was not entered/applied and ticket(s) have already been purchased we are unable to go back in and apply the coupon code.

COOKIE KITS: "Edible Art" decorating workshops are taught by SWEET CHEEKS EDIBLE ART. Each cookie kit comes with 5/6 undecorated cookies that will be decorated by each attendee.Cookie quantity per kit varies based on overall design/ theme and price of each cookie kit. All supplies needed to complete each cookie will be provided for use during the workshop. A take home box will be provided for your sweet creations.
Flash sale/POP-UP Shop Policy:
OUR POLICY: perishable item(s). NO cancellation or refunds on flash sale/POP-UP shop item(s). All items purchased must be paid in full to secure item(s) within our flash-sale/POP-UP shop. If payment is not made, order will not be completed. Please be very mindful of pick-up times as we have other orders going out as well and staying on track with our time-frames for each order is very important to us and to other customers.
